Baby’s First Flight

Published by scoopcath at 4:03 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

We’re back from our trip!  I had a really great time visiting my friends and family, but it’s so good to be home.  Thomas was so easy on the plane.  I nursed him on take-offs and landings.   We took direct flights both ways.  On the first flight, we were up a lot with diaper changes and walking the aisles.  He slept a bit off and on.  On the second flight, he slept most of the time, which made it much easier on me.  He got lots of compliments on his behavior.  One lady said she didn’t know I had a baby with me until she saw us walking in the aisle.  No one likes a crying baby, so I was really glad that he was calm and quiet.  Here is a picture of him on the first flight.   Photobucket I lucked out both times.  I only booked one seat.I was happy to  hold him in my lap, but there were empty seats next to us each time.  I still held him, but I had extra room for our belongings. I have no plans to travel again any time soon.  Mostly, I just can’t afford it!  I also realize that little babies are probably much easier to keep calm and quiet than toddlers.
